How to resize a signature
- Sign on plain white paper with a dark pen and take a clear photo in good light.
- Choose or drop the photo. Signature and 20 KB are already selected.
- Change the limit if your form allows a different size, or choose Custom for exact pixels.
- Click Resize image and download your signature as a JPG.
What makes a good signature image
- Dark blue or black ink on plain white paper.
- Daylight or a bright room, without shadows across the paper.
- Hold the phone straight above the page so the signature isn’t stretched.
- Fill most of the photo with the signature; the empty space is trimmed anyway.
Exact sizes
Some forms ask for a signature of an exact size in pixels as well as a KB limit. Choose Custom width and height and type the pixels; the signature is fitted to that box. Check the requirement on your form, because sizes differ between portals.

Why is my signature photo grey?
