Visa portals usually want each document as a PDF under a strict size limit, often 1 MB or 2 MB. Drop your scans and photos here and PaperWingPDF turns them into one PDF that fits.
How to prepare documents for a visa application
- Choose or drop your documents: PDFs and photos of documents both work.
- Check the size limit: 1 MB is already selected. Pick the limit your form shows if it differs.
- Put the files in order, then click Make upload-ready.
- Download the single PDF and upload it.
Why visa uploads fail
Visa and immigration portals often limit each file to 1–2 MB and accept only PDF or JPG. Phone photos of a passport or a bank statement are often several megabytes each. Check the exact limit on your portal and choose it in the size list.
If it still won’t fit
- Turn colour scans into black and white: tick Black and white, or use Grayscale PDF first.
- Remove pages the form doesn’t need with Remove pages.
- Upload one document per field instead of combining everything.
- Rescan at 150–200 dpi instead of using a large colour photo.
Private by design
Passports, bank statements, transcripts and ID cards are exactly the documents you shouldn’t upload to an unknown website. PaperWingPDF does all the work in your browser, so nothing leaves your device.

Frequently asked questions
Can I combine a passport photo page and a bank statement?
Yes. Add PDFs and photos together, put them in order, and they become one PDF under the limit. Upload separate files instead if the portal has a field per document.
Will the embassy be able to read it?
Text stays as sharp as the limit allows. Check the result before you upload, especially for long bank statements.
Is it safe for my passport?
Yes. Everything happens in your browser; your passport scan is never uploaded.
